By downloading, installing, or using the Net Scout application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not download, install, or use the App.
Net Scout is a WiFi network scanning and analysis tool designed for Android devices. The App allows users to scan for nearby WiFi networks, view detailed information about these networks, monitor signal strength, and analyze network characteristics.
To use the App, you must:

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
